Our three fiscal agencies (CHP, UWLF, MCCNC) cover three geographic regions of California, with large immigrant Latino populations, and provide scholarships to the HELP students from their respective areas.

United We Lead Foundation (UWLF) - focuses on the Fresno region.
Mexican Cultural Center of Northern California (MCCNC) - focuses on the Sacramento region.
